FOAM TYPE FIRE EXTINGUISHER

A foam type fire extinguisher is designed to combat Class A and Class B fires. These extinguishers contain a foam solution that cools the fire and forms a barrier, preventing re-ignition. 

                 Foam extinguishers are not suitable for Class C fires (electrical equipment) or Class D fires (flammable metals) as the foam conducts electricity and may cause electrocution or spread the fire.
